The filtering principle of the dust removal framework:
1. Dust cage filtration: The dust cage is a cylinder surrounded by a metal grid, and the openings at both ends of the cylinder communicate with the air duct. The dust cage uses the air pressure generated by the fan to press the dust-containing air toward the surface of the dust cage, and most of the lint and impurities are blocked on the surface of the dust cage. The filter fiber layer is formed, and the dust-containing air passing through the dust cage enters the secondary filtering device through the channels on both sides of the dust cage. Pre-separator can be regarded as a kind of dust cage filtration. The advantages of dust cage filtration are less auxiliary equipment, simple and convenient management, and filtered cotton jackets with high reuse rate. Generally, it is assembled with other filtration methods into dust filtration equipment. The disadvantage is that the processing air volume is not large, the area is relatively large, and the power consumption is large.
2. Filter bag filtration: The filter bag is a columnar body surrounded by a single layer of fabric, which is usually circular. Its characteristics are simple structure and easy to clean. When the dusty air passes through the filter bag, the dust is separated from the air stream by means of screening, collision, interception and the like. The advantages of filter bag filtration are high filtration efficiency, full dust removal efficiency of more than 99.5% in the dust room of the textile factory, simple structure and low power consumption. Disadvantages are that fire alarms are easy to occur, the filter bag is easy to dew, the amount of filtered air per unit area is small, and the amount of filter cloth is large. In a short time after cleaning, the filtered air has a high dust concentration and poor working conditions.
3. Packed filter bed filtration: Packed filter bed is a porous filter material covered with foam plastic, non-woven fabric, plush, etc. on mesh rollers, flat plates and other components. With its good surface filtering and internal filtering effects, the dust is separated from the air stream. The advantages of the packed filter bed are large filtering air volume, low resistance and dust filtering.
Dust collector skeleton common problems and solutions:
1. Establish a regular maintenance system for the dust collector skeleton, in order to detect problems in time and prevent major accidents.
2. It is strictly prohibited to stack flammable and explosive items around the dust collector frame, and the ventilation is good.
3. Regularly check the sealing status of the dust collector and the running status of the air network (including the fan).
4. Regularly check the dust-removal filter bag, and change it in time when it is damaged. Pay attention to dry, ventilated and dust-proof storage of the spare dust-removal bag, and check regularly.
5. The dust collector frame regularly cleans impurities and water in the air source processor.
6. Regularly refuel the transmission. Pay attention to dust prevention after the refueling, and install a gasket when closing the inspection port.
7. Keep the pulse controller and solenoid valve clean and free of dust and oil. Check the control coil on the solenoid valve regularly.
8. The dust layer on the surface of equipment and duct should be cleaned immediately.
